Ingredients	Magnesium glycerophosphate, (L-)glutamine, (L-)aspartic acid, microcrystalline cellulose°, gum arabic°, (L-)glutamic acid, potassium citrate, silicon dioxide°°, magnesium citrate, plant-based magnesium stearate°°. °Bulking agent. °°Anti-caking agent.
Directions for use	We recommend taking 5 tablets one to three times a day at any time (5 to 15 tablets a day). Close carefully after use.
